Not satisfy with the $288 “Deep Cleaning Service”
Floor not mop, not sweep, wardrobe no wipe, fridge no wipe stain all over. The reason for engaging Whissh Service is to let me have a convenient and fast move-in, end up I need to do the cleaning myself!
Not even a detergent smell, I really dont understand what is deep cleaning. I purposely left a price tag on the floor, end up when Im back to my unit the price tag still there stepped in the unit straight can feel the sticky floor which was original obviously no mop no sweep. Start 12pm-5pm, 3.47pm text me said done. Then rush off, I still bought cupcakes wanted to thank the cleaner for making my life easy for doing DEEP CLEANING~ (WHICH I THOUGHT I WILL HAVE A CLEAN AND FRESH HOUSE) AS THE PREVIOUS TENANTS BAD SMELLS IS DAMN STRONG!!!
END UP!!! IM DOING THE SUPER DEEP CLEANING MYSELF!

Unsatisfactory job done
Requested for deep cleaning service, n was quoted $378 for a 4hours job. As there were not much furniture in the house (just a set sofa.)
Send 2 cleaners to do the job.
I don't see them using any cleaning agent to clean the "deep cleaning" to the house...
Just washing their cloth over tap water to wipe the windows n wardrobes, kitchen cabinets. Asked why are they not using any cleaning agent... Her reply was customer may not like the smell. Then why am I paying some much for the "deep cleaning" job.
Most of the time they were chatting n looking at their phone. Taking their own sweet time to do the "cleaning"
They didn't even clear the small debris from the renovation on the sliding window ... Clean it only after I told them.
No washing...they just mopped the floor!!! They didn't even fulfilled the 4hours job...left at 5.30pm
It's simply a normal cleaning job which I could get on hourly rate.
Plain cheating of our money.
Wondering how did they get those "award for best cleaning service" probably bought the awards.
Whissh are Only efficient at collecting money before doing the job.
Will NEVER nor recommend Whissh to anyone... Terrible Service!!!

Expensive, low quality cleaning and terrible customer service. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!
WASTE MONEY! DON'T RECOMMEND!
Engaged them for post renovation cleaning $380 for 4 hours (2 pax) for a small 2 bedroom apartment which was empty. Slip shod work, no attention to detail, dust still everywhere, never clean the interior of cabinets or kitchen appliances. Don't have the proper cleaning solvents, only uses cif from Giant.
So much for professional cleaning.
Despite stating clearly on their website and confirmation email the scope of work, they only do the easy work like mopping the floor, wiping countertops and cleaning exterior of cabinets which I had already done myself and told them not to do. When I pointed at obvious areas they missed, they said time is up and ask me to pay for extra time.
They also broke my sink stopper! Which they did not compensate me for!
Their customer service is also lacking. Only tells you that they will escalate matter to management.
ZERO FOLLOW UP! Many times I have called, emailed and whatsapped..
I wait more than 1 month already and still no resolution. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT
